Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons soda
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup persimmon pulp only
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 teaspoons soft butter
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly then place into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 325.
