Ingredients:

  • aluminum foil

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Clean oven racks with a wire brush.
  3. Position 1 oven rack in top position and 1 oven rack in bottom position.
  4. Scrub potatoes with the peel on and dry.
  5. Place in a bowl and drizzle lightly with oil.
  6. Toss to coat and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Place potatoes in middle of top rack.
  8. Place foil on bottom rack
  9. Bake 1 hour.
  10. Create a dotted line from end to end with a fork.
  11. Squeeze potatoes with fingers.
  12. Place 10 deep holes in each potato
