Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1-1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients.
  2. Form into 12 balls.
  3. Brown and drain.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients for sauce.
  5. Add browned meatballs then cover and simmer 30 minutes.
