Peppers and Steak for Crock Pot

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut steak into serving size portions (I do strips).
  2. Place 1/2 the steak in crock pot.
  3. Arrange green peppers on steak.
  4. Place remaining steak on top.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours serve over white rice.
