Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Use 1 TBSP oil first to brown the beef. Remove beef and set aside - keep warm.
  2. Add remaining oil and saute the vegetables until just crisp.
  3. Add broth and soy sauce. Experement with other oriental sauces for different flavors.
  4. Simmer for 5 - 10 minutes. Add the corn starch mixture slowly while stiring constantly.
  5. Simmer an additional 5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve with cooked brown rice.
  7. Be sure to eat your Oriental Stir Fry with Chop Sticks for a real Asian delite.
