Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 (2 1/4 tsp) package active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except butter and water in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in butter and flour to make thick batter.
  3. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 qt.
  5. Casserole dish and let rise for 30-45 minutes,until doubled.
  6. Bake at 275 degrees F, about 35 minutes.
  7. Let set in pan for a few minutes,.
  8. Then turn out onto rack and let cool before slicing.
