Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat & remove
  2. Saute onions ~ 5 minutes
  3. Add all EXCEPT peppers, starch, soy, & water
  4. Simmer covered 30 min, add peppers & simmer 10 more minutes
  5. Mix soy, starch, & water
  6. Add starch mix & stir until thickened (~ 2 min)
