Ingredients:

  • 3 cups coleslaw mix (about 1/2 of a 16-oz pack a ge)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine coleslaw mix and bell pepper. Combine sugar and remaining 4 ingredients; stir well. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss. Cover and chill.
