Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Finely chop the onion and celery.
  3. Saute onion and celery in butter.
  4. Add bread cubes, beaten eggs, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
  5. Add mashed potatoes.
  6. Bake in a casserole dish for 30 minutes, until golden brown on top.
