Pecan Rice Pilaf

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup long grain wild rice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan then cook onion until tender.
  2. Add rice and stir then cover with broth and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Cover and simmer 40 minutes then sprinkle with pecans just before serving.
