Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup pure butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pecans

Directions:

  1. Bake 325°F for 30-45 minutes.
  2. Makes two small 8-inch pies or one 9-inch deep dish.
