Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat 6 skillet and oil and butter. Saute onions until golden to dark brown. Add pears and continue cooking, Stir asit cooks. Remove mixture to a plate. Pour egg into pan and allow to set. Add half of the onion/pear mixture. Roll and remove to a plate. Top with remaining pears and onions and garnish with cheese.
