Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil together in the skillet. Add the onions and cook until they are soft and golden.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in the eggs. Cook over low heat until the omelet is golden on the top side.
  4. Turn and cook on the other side until it, too, is golden brown.
