Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Sautee the onion and celery in the butter until tender.
  3. Stir in 2 1/2 to 3 c of the bread crumbs.
  4. Move from skillet to a deep bowl.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix.
  6. Add all ingredients to a greased 9 pan and bake for 30 minutes.
