Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping or 1 1/2 cups equivalent amount whipped cream

Directions:

  1. Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
  2. Beat in the sugar and the peanut butter.
  3. Slowly beat in the milk.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and top with the whipped topping or whipped cream, then sprinkle the chopped peanuts over.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, then serve.
