  1. Using a hand mixer mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until mixed well in a very large bowl.
  2. Add the cool whip and mix well until blended.
  3. Spread into pie crusts.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
  5. If desired garnish top with strawberries or blueberries.
  6. For feeding a smaller crowd you can cut the ingredients in half and make just one cheesecake.
