Peanut Butter Oatmeal Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Place sugar, margarine and milk in large pan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly for 2 minutes and promptly remove from heat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 8x8 dish. Let set for 45 minutes or until set.
  3. Cut into bars and serve.
