Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles according to pkg. directions,drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In large bowl,blend together peanut butter,vinegar,sesame oil,soy sauce,ginger and garlic.
  3. Add the noodles and toss well. Garnish with toppings,if you like. Serve at room temperature.
  4. Optional toppings: Grated carrot,scallion ,sliced into rounds,cucumber,peeled,seeded and thinly sliced,toasted sesame seeds,chopped peanuts
