Peanut Butter Coconut Oat Cookies!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, peanut butter, and oil.
  3. Bring to a boil; stir constantly until sugar melts.
  4. Remove from heat, add peanut butter morsels to saucepan, stir until morsels melt.
  5. Add to oats, stirring mixture until dry ingredients are moistened.
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxpaper.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until firm.
