  1. In mediun bowl, combine oats, coconut and nuts,.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a 2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture come to a full boil ( 3-4 minutes ).
  5. Remove from heat.stir in oat mixture.
  6. Quickly drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Store in refrigerator.
