Peanut Butter-Chocolate Brownie Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine Cocoa, flour and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Reserve.
  4. Beat eggs and 1 tsp vanilla in mixing bowl.
  5. Blend in sugar and margarine.
  6. Add Cocoa mix.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Stir in 3/4 cup chips.
  9. Place crust on baking sheet,pour batter into crust.
  10. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  11. Cool pie on wire rack.
  12. Combine cream, remaining vanilla and chips in a microwave safe bowl.
  13. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
  14. Stir.
  15. Continue to microwave at 10-20 second intervales, stirring until smooth.
  16. Cut Pie into wedges, top with ice cream and spoon sauce over.
