Peanut Butter and Ginger Chicken in a Crock Pot

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated gingerroot
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp hot sauce
  • 2 green onions , include some green, sliced

Directions:

  1. Clean and dry chicken.
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together rest of ingredients.
  4. Spoon over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low about 5 hours or until chicken is tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.
