Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In food processor, combine peaches with juice, cream cheese and vanilla.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Add milk and pudding mix, and process for 1 minute.
  4. Spray 8x8-inch dish with cooking spray.
  5. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on bottom of dish.
  6. Gently pour peach mixture over cracker crumbs.
  7. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
  8. This is a spoonable dessert, it does not set up to cut into wedges.
