Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place chopped onions and peas in a pot with chicken broth
  2. Simmer 20 min.
  3. Puree 1/2 in a blender
  4. Strain through sieve discarding solids
  5. Puree remaining peas in blender
  6. Add strained peas
  7. Heat again
  8. Place 3/4 cup in a bowl sprinkle with mint and pepper
