Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2-3 lbs frying chicken
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine marinade and mix well.
  2. Place chicken in baking dish or in a ziplock bag
  3. Add marinade.
  4. Marinade 2 hours in fridge, turning every 1/2 hour.
  5. Place chicken on grill and baste frequently with marinade.
