Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2-3 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix egg and milk.
  3. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with cheese mixture.
  4. Place in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour butter over chicken; bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
