Pasta With Sausage and Sweet Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Drain well and return to pan.
  3. While pasta is cooking, cut the sausage into 1 inch pieces.
  4. Cook sausage and peppers over med heat until sausage is brown and peppers are mostly tender.
  5. Drain any fat from pan of sausage.
  6. Stir broth and ground pepper into the the sausage and sweet peppers.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes.
  8. Pour over pasta.
  9. Add parsley and toss to coat.
