Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook chicken and red pepper in butter over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in the soup, peas, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1-2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drain pasta; add to chicken mixture and toss to coat.
  7. Serve half of the mixture immediately.
  8. Cool remaining mixture; transfer to a freezer container.
  9. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months

  11. To use frozen casserole:
  12. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
  13. Transfer
  14. To an ungreased shallow 3-qt. microwave-safe dish.
  15. Cover and microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring

  17. Yield: 2 casseroles (6 servings each).
