Parmesan crusted zucchini strips

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 whole zucchini julienned
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Spray Zucchini spears with cooking spray. Put about 1/4 cup of frigo parmesan cheese on a plate and then roll the zucchini around on it. Spray a cookie sheet so the zucchini does not stick and bake at 350 until golden and gooey.
  2. You could also dip them into an egg/milk mixture first, then into a parm. cheese and panko bread crumbs mixture..
