Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together cracker crumbs, cheese and parsley flakes.
  2. Dip chicken into melted butter, then cracker mixture.
  3. Place in baking dish.
  4. I like to pour the remaining butter over chicken pieces and sprinkle with the leftover crumbs, but this is not necessary.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
