Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Grind potatoes in a meat grinder.
  2. Drain liquid.
  3. Add flour and beaten egg.
  4. Add additional flour until consistency of apple sauce.
  5. Fry in oil until gloden brown.
