Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in 11 inch frying pan and saute potatoes and onion until lightly browned.
  2. Add ham and saute 5-7 minutes longer.
  3. Beat eggs with worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and reduce heat.
  6. Lift the cooked eggs from the edge of the pan with spatula so that liquid can run down and cook.
  7. When omelet is nearly done, sprinkle with grated swiss cheese and place under broiler until cheese is melted.
