Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add butter and garlic, be careful not to scorch the butter!
  3. Cook garlic until slightly brown.
  4. Add red onion slivers cook until soft about 2 minutes.
  5. Add baby spinach leaves and toss until just warm.
  6. DO NOT OVER COOK.
  7. You want the spinach to be a little crisp.
  8. Season with fresh ground salt and pepper.
  9. Serve immediatly.
  10. ENJOY!
