Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt 10 grams of butter in large fry pan.
  2. Cook bacon and garlic till browned lightly.
  3. Remove from pan, drain on paper towel.
  4. Into the same pan, add boiling water and diced pumpkin.
  5. Cover and cook 10 - 15 minutes till tender.
  6. Return bacon mixture and cook uncovered for a further 10 minutes.
  7. Add green onions and season to taste, toss gently.
