Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix milk, water, cinnamon and cardamon.
  2. Add the flour and mix, then knead to form a smooth dough (should not be too sticky).
  3. Knead it on a floured board, then form 5 seperate balls.
  4. Fill a deep cooking pot (to half) with water.
  5. Place the balls into the water (they should sink).
  6. Boil for 10 minutes and add the salt.
  7. Keep boiling another 20 minutes, the palt is ready when they float.
  8. Serve as is (healthier), or with butter, jam, honey.
