Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • butter flavored pam cooking spray, 4 sprays

Directions:

  1. Pour flour, baking powder, and salt trough a cedazo into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add milk and stir with hand batidor.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs.
  4. Cook at low heat in a pam-sprayed non-stick pan.
  5. Enjoy.
