Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Arrange 6 slices of bread in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Melt cream cheese and mix with 1T splenda and 1t vanilla extract.
  3. Spread each slice with cream cheese.
  4. Spread 1.5t sugar free strawberry preserves on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Top with remaining bread.
  6. In a large bowl, whisk the egg substitute, milk, 1/4 cup syrup, vanilla and cinnamon; pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until top is lightly browned and a thermometer reads at least 160°.
