  1. Arrange slices in rows, across pan with fat edges slightly verlapping lean edges.
  2. Bake 375 deg. without turning 20-25 minutes until bacon is slightly crisp.
  3. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
  4. Drain or skim off excess fat at needed.
  5. Drain thoroughly on paper towels.
  6. Allows 3 slices per serving. Reduce bacon by 6 lbs. for 2 slices per person.
  7. For a convection oven use 325 deg.
