Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 1 tsp butter or 1 tsp margarine

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients into a glass oven dish with a lid.
  2. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.
  3. Tada!
