Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x5 loaf pan.
  2. Sift together flour,baking powder and salt.
  3. In large bowl,beat honey,butter,milk,egg and zest until well combined. Add flour mixture and beat. Stir in walnuts. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 50-60 minsor till bread tests done. Cool on rack 10 mins. Remove bread from pan to cool completely.
