Orange, Honey, Soy  Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp allspice

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a large ziplock bag or if ribs are too large marinate in a plastic dish.
  2. Marinate ribs (or other meat) 1-2 hours.
  3. Use remaining liquid as a basting sauce during cooking.
  4. Grill as desired on gas grill, or precook ribs in the oven about 2 hours to insure they are tender, then do final cook on the grill.
  5. This makes enough marinde for 6-8 pork chops.
