Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced gingerroot
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon

Directions:

  1. Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Marinate the salmon for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Broil or grill about 4 minutes on each side.
