Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of old fashion oat
  • 1/2 cup of sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup of pecans
  • 1/2 cup of wiled dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of sesame
  • 2 tbsp. of vegetables oil
  • 3 tbsp. of honey

Directions:

  1. [Improvising options: Seeds and nuts → any type works, not salted | Vegetables oil → any flavorless oil | Wiled dried blueberries → dried cranberries, raisins → Honey → brown sugar/ silan (dates syrup)]
