. Homemade granola is one of these things that you can shape its flavor to your taste, while you enjoy a healthy snack or muesli. This time I felt like orange granola.
Ingredients:
4 cups of old fashion oat
1/2 cup of sliced almonds
1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of pecans
1/2 cup of wiled dried blueberries
1/2 cup of sesame
2 tbsp. of vegetables oil
3 tbsp. of honey
zest from one orange, average size
juice from one orange, average size
Directions:
1. [Improvising options: Seeds and nuts → any type works, not salted | Vegetables oil → any flavorless oil | Wiled dried blueberries → dried cranberries, raisins → Honey → brown sugar/ silan (dates syrup)]
