Orange Ginger Marinated Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sherry wine (optional)
  • 2 pork fillets, 600g
  • 3/4 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Directions:

  1. In a seal lock bag, mix soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic. Add pork and let marinate in refrigerator overnight up to 24 hours.
  2. Preheat oven grill or BBQ.
  3. Removed pork from marinate and place in grill dish.
  4. Put in oven about 3 or 4 inches from heating element and cook for approximately 10-15 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix mustard and orange juice and brush over cooked fillets.
  6. Enjoy!
