Omelette with Onion and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 medium new potatoes

Directions:

  1. Mix 4 eggs
  2. Saute diced onion in half the olive oil
  3. Put aside
  4. Saute potatoes in the rest of the olive oil
  5. Mix onion and potatoes together
  6. Add eggs
  7. Cook until done or baveuse
