Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. In a large heavy iron skillet, partially cook onion and okra in butter
  2. Add tomatoes and seasonings
  3. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes
