  1. In oil heat up spices add onion
  2. Add garlic and jalapeno
  3. Add okra
  4. And water cook 10 minutes
  5. Add tomato cook 5 more minutes until okra is tender my tomatoes have tons of water but you may need a little so it doesnt stick.
