Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked oats (best to use old fashioned but quick will do in a pinch)
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Combine milk and oats and let stand 3 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs and add to milk and oats
  3. Add sifted dry ingredients.
  4. Mixture will be thin. Add more flour if too thin
