Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 7/8 cup cornmeal (1 cup minus 2 tbsp.)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups cups milk
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and butter. Beat at low.
  2. Speed for one minute. Bake in an oiled 8 by 8 inch pan in 425.
  3. Degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until done.
